Fixed right.
From the hit to the handoff. The first two prints are real cars that came through the shop.
Most collisions aren't wrecks. They're a bumper in a parking lot, a door that met a pole, a scrape down the side.
That's the work we do. Bumpers, dents and scratches, and doors, repaired or replaced and painted to match, with a free estimate before anything starts.

Straight answers
The things every customer asks before their first claim.
No. Texas Insurance Code 1952.301 says an insurer can't require you to use a particular repair shop. Your carrier can recommend one and can tell you what it will pay, but where the car goes is your decision.
If another driver is at fault, their liability coverage pays. If you're at fault, your own collision coverage pays, after your deductible. If you'd rather not file a claim on a small repair, you can pay for it yourself.
Not when the other driver's insurance accepts fault. On your own collision coverage your deductible applies. If a shop offers to make your deductible disappear, walk away. That usually means a padded bill to your insurer, which is insurance fraud.
Sometimes it isn't. If the repair costs about the same as your deductible, paying for it yourself keeps a claim off your record. Get the free estimate first, then decide.
It depends on the damage. Scuffs, scratches, and small cracks can often be repaired and refinished. A big tear, broken mounting tabs, or a cover that's badly pushed in usually means a new one. We'll tell you which once we see it.
